"Was originally looking at other companies to get insurance, but my sister recommended State Farm. So glad I listened to her. I worked with Crystal to get me a homeowners and car insurance bundle and she was very helpful. Ever since I called her, she was able to work with my loan officer throughout the whole process and make sure I got the best deal. Proud to say my insurance was so good that my full coverage on car insurance was just $10 more than liability, which is probably what I would have gotten had I not gotten such a great rate. "The office wanted to talk to my 86 year old mom without support so they could manipulate her. She is on a fixed income and her insurance is over her budget. Just wanted someone to listen and adjust what she can pay for."
"Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand that you want the best for your mother, and we share that commitment. Our primary goal is to ensure that all our clients, especially seniors, receive the utmost respect, protection, and personalized service. Your mother holds the rights to her insurance policies, and we are obligated to obtain her explicit permission before discussing any details or making coverage changes with third parties, including family members. This is a standard practice designed to protect her privacy and ensure her decisions are respected. We encourage our clients to involve family members in their insurance matters if they wish, but it must be with their consent. When you walked into our office and requested to discuss your mother's policy and premium, our team member appropriately indicated the need for your mother's permission to proceed. Unfortunately, the call to your mother went to voicemail, and we agreed that you would visit with her and then call back to set up a follow-up appointment together. During the subsequent appointment with your mother present, our objective was to listen, review coverages, and find a solution that fits her needs and budget. You demanded that we make her policy just like your policy. We understand that you wanted to align her policy with yours, but as your mother pointed out, her circumstances and house are different from yours. We can make changes to her policy, but the coverages & premiums would likely be different. Our team member aimed to explain the differences in Zillow home sales value vs. home reconstruction cost and also how claims are processed to help make informed decisions about coverage reductions. You decided to walk out. We regret that the process was not as swift as you hoped, but our priority is to ensure that all decisions are made with a clear understanding and in the best interest of our customers. "Insurance a necessary evil in my opinion, but we gotta have it. Since it has been imposed up on us and all the insurance companies seem to be raising their rates the only real factor I consider is customer service. The staff here has been amazing, it's so nice to actually be able to talk to someone local when you need something or have a question. Personal service is still alive and well at this office. Definitely a nice change vs my last two companies that completely got rid of their brick and mortar offices. My car broke down the other day and I called the office for a recommendation, Victoria got me in touch with BJS immediately and they had a truck there in less than 30minutes. He had all my policy info on his invoice when he showed up, one signature and Randall's office took care of the rest. Excellent service with a great support network, I can't recommend them enough."

"We took our time reviewing policies with different agents and agencies and decided on working with Crystal at Randall Young's agency. From the get go Crystal explained holes in our previous policy with another company, walked us through options for changes, and took her time explaining the differences in each option with us. We ended up switching and saving a ton of money with significantly better coverage. Cannot recommend this group enough! If you're shopping around, definitely give them a call and a chance to earn your business."

"I am extremely frustrated with this company’s billing department. I am on autopay, and in July they “forgot” to bill me. Instead of correcting the issue properly, they billed me for two months at once, over $500 - without any warning, phone call, or options given. This was at the beginning of the month when most people are balancing mortgage and utilities, this was a huge financial strain. To make matters worse, I now see they’ve added a $25 fee to my next payment, again with zero communication. This is not acceptable. Billing errors happen, but the lack of transparency, courtesy, and communication is unprofessional and unfair to customers who rely on accurate and timely billing."
"Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this billing issue has caused. We understand how unexpected charges can create financial strain, especially when balancing multiple obligations. To clarify, your autopay payment scheduled for July 9th was declined. We sent two text notifications on July 10th and 17th, which included the message: “The Autopay Draft for your SF Billing Account has not processed and you may be subject to a $25 Returned Payment fee.” We recognize that these messages may not have been sufficient, and we regret any lack of communication on our part. When you made your payment on July 21st, the billing system had not yet generated your August bill, so it combined the premiums for August and September into one payment in September. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this double billing may have caused. Regarding the $25 returned payment fee, we have received approval to remove this fee as a one-time courtesy. Please don’t hesitate to contact our office directly at 918-664-8750 so we can discuss your account further and ensure your concerns are fully addressed. Our goal is to provide clear communication and excellent service, and your feedback helps us improve. Thank you for your patience and understanding. "
